This dragon was sculpted by hand in a quartz geode, i.e. naturally composed of two different types of mineralization.
The gangue in agate, micro-crystallized quartz, and inside, rock crystal, mono-crystallized quartz

The Dragons are the guardians of the crystal skulls Each skull is associated with a dragon who watches over it and protects it. Crystal skulls and dragons are intimately linked. The dragon is a frequently encountered figure in alchemy. It symbolizes the change of state, the transmutation. Thanks to the dragon, mercury, we can change the earth, vile matter, into the sun or the moon (gold and silver). It is also found in the form of the philosophical egg sliced by the sword (energy of chaos and life) The energies of skulls and dragons are different but very complementary. The skulls embody the energy of healing. The dragons embody the energy of transformation.
