Chuckle Chip is blue plush, purple tie bow, shiny eyes, pink tongue sticking out of stitch nouth, glitter hard nose, hang tag attach to left hand, doesn't smell light chuckle chips anymore, and I'm guessing around 13 inches long since he's tied in box. Box itself does have age wear from being stored. Box reads, Kenner 1989 Hallmark Cards Inc. Box measures 11 inches tall and over 8 inches wide. Please see picture's.
