Designer signed Avon, this is a vintage RHINESTONE and ENAMEL PARROT PIN!
This sweet bird is looking over his shoulder as he rests on a branch.
His belly is green enamel and the top of his head is a dark red enamel. His wing feathers are decorated with a few clear round rhinestones!
