The cook book reads 1948 T.A.C.U. Co.
Has recipes for New Method Cooking, Steaming and for Soups, Stews, and one Dish Meals. Can also be used a pressure canner.
Tested at 15 pounds, no leaks at the seal. Handles are bright and shinny, no cracks or chips, The gauge looks like it might be chipping, what it is though is brass with the red paint coming off. This does not effect the performance of this unit.
Sits flat and is very clean, no scorches.
