This item was purchased from an inventory reduction sale. We do not know the history of it. It is new with its original box and hardware, but the box has some shelf wear. It measures about 4 5/8" x 3" x 2 1/8" tall, and the middle hole measures about 1 3/8" in diameter. We have more than one of these, so the item you receive may not match the pictures exactly, but it will be in the same condition. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
