The chandelier comes tested and working in good pre-owned condition as shown. The total length of the chandelier is 41" and the chain is 24". You can adjust the length by shortening the chain. It comes with the cap as shown. It is 26" in diameter. The wine clusters screw off and are made of plaster. I will remove them for a safe arrival to your door. The round band around the arms will be remove to allow the lamp to be shipped in the most reasonable box. It too just screws back on with thumb screws. Ships insured.
