To process a return: Go to your purchase history. Find the item you purchased. To the right of the item there's a drop down menu with a "return this item" option. If there is any defect in the product upon delivery, Octane Lighting is to be notified by the purchaser within 24 hours otherwise the product will be deemed to have been delivered in good order and condition. Warranty on all brand new products will be the manufacturer's warranty and at the manufacturers discretion.
