This traditional Taino artwork is handmade, uniting clay and fire as a sign of respect to the original inhabitants, the Taino Indians (Pre-Colombian inhabitants of Quisqueya \ Hispaniola, now known as Haiti and the Dominican Republic). "For Our Cultural Identity". We have placed ourselves 500 years in the past joining with our humble hands, clay and fire to always honor the great artist of the Caribbean. In each of these replicas the noble and kind spirit of the Taino indian is present.
