Item description
Sidney Fox (December 10,1907 - November 15,1942) and Jack Pearl (October 29,1894 - December 25,1982) dual autographed 4 1/2’’x 6’’ album page. These signatures have been authenticated by PSA/DNA authentication Certification Number: 85254203 and comes slabbed in a 6 5/8" x 10" PSA/DNA holder as seen in the scans. Sidney Fox was an American stage and film actress in the late 1920s and 1930s. Fox's Hollywood film debut was in Universal Pictures 1931 production Bad Sister, which is notable for also being the first film of actress Bette Davis. Known for Murders in the Rue Morgue (1932), Bad Sister (1931), Midnight (1934), Once in a Lifetime (1932), Strictly Dishonorable (1931), Afraid to Talk (1932), The Mouthpiece (1932), Down to Their Last Yacht (1934), School for Girls (1935), Six Cylinder Love (1931), Don Quixote (1933), and others. Jack Pearl was an American vaudeville performer and a star of early radio. He was best known for his character Baron Munchausen on The Ziegfeld Follies of the Air in 1932. His creation was loosely based on the Baron Munchausen literary character. As the Baron, Pearl would tell far-fetched stories with a comic German accent.
