This unique pottery bowl with lid is a beautiful piece of folk art created by Rodney Leftwich in Asheville, North Carolina in1984. Signed Leftwich and dated 1984. The brown clay material and handmade production technique make it a one-of-a-kind addition to any collection. The bowl is perfect for decorative use or serving small items. The lid adds an extra touch of elegance and keeps items inside safe. This vintage piece is an original and not a licensed reproduction. It is a great example of art pottery and pottery production technique. The inside is a shiny glaze while the outside is a matte finish. The piece stands about 5.5 inches. Very nice piece!
