Vintage Marimekko Dress 1968 RARE S/M Halter and 50 similar items

Vintage Marimekko gown in medium weight cotton with the coolest red and green mini print; unusual halter style. The dress has a tag that states it was made in 1968- a rare dress! It buttons in the back and has a halter style front but I?m not exactly sure how the straps tie- perhaps someone will be able to figure that one out. It feels like brand new -the cotton is crisp so I don?t think it was ever used or washed in fact it has a number S9562-not sure if it was part of a museum collection or what. No flaws.
