Those low price watches are typically in sorry conditions. Expect to pay $$$ for service. This is a collectable Baume Mercier signed 30 Jewels Felsa 1560 automatic movement. I custom-made this watch and house it in a new Swiss Made Case, 38 mm wide and 43 mm lug to lug, in a style similar to Rado DiaStar. The movement beats at 18000 bph and has been regulated to provide precise time keeping. The Felsa movement is known for its patented automatic movement and the winding sound is super-sweet, much better than even the modern ETA 28xx-2 movements. The bracelet is an authentic Baume Mercier solid link two-tone bracelet. However, the buckle is NOT signed. The gold coating was peeling off and I did some polishing to remove the peeled coating and brushed it to have an irregular rustic two-tone pattern. It is very smooth to touch and very comfortable to wear. Most of all, it is unique, indicating the beautiful scar of time. For vintage watches, it is the time signature people would be going after, at least for me. It can fit a 7.5" wrist comfortably. I do not use Chinese-made parts, even the spring bars are Swiss Made.
