Tall Israeli Karshi Kinetic Judaica Chanukah and similar items

Tall Modernistic Kinetic Chanukah Hanukkah Menorah Gold- and Silver-Plated - bears its original Karshi Jerusalem label to side of Base stating "Karshi Gold and Silver-Plated Jerusalem" - see photo All the arms rotate each on its axis enabling positioning them all kinetically. The central Shamash ("Servant") light is of course fixed in its place. Stands stabley upright on its rectangular wooden Base - see photo In Good Condition, but lots of silver blackening - see photos - and needs polishing.
