Item description
Vintage Handmade Long Multi-Colored Paper Bead Necklace Bohemian Jewelry 1970's. This Long necklace is made of over 80 hand rolled beads measures approximately 58" long. It features beautifully crafted paper beads in different colors. This necklace can be worn in a variety of different styles- wear it long, layer it with other necklaces, wrap it to make it shorter, etc.- the only limitation is your imagination! Necklaces are made from recycled/ upcycled paper which is cut into long strips hand rolled. The colors you see are the colors that are in the paper. The process of creating a piece of beaded jewelry from hand-rolling the bead to assembly, takes about a week. Condition is preowned with no missing pieces. Over the head design with no clasp. Necklace is stretched out a little a little wavy- but I think it has to do with the beading itself. Estate Sale Find- they got on vacation in the 70's. Prop is not included- necklace only.
