This is an adorable vintage 1960s maxi dress. Size XS Heavy weight cotton with a herringbone weave. Mod print of abstract leaves and branches in black and red. Sleeveless empire bodice with scoop neck and ruffle detail. Darts at bust and under bust. Deep scoop back neck. Metal zipper. Side front seams and back pleats on skirt create extra fullness. CONDITION White background has subtle yellowing on the right side front below empire waist. I tried several remedies to whiten it, but wasn't it didn't completely fix the problem. Not terribly noticeable except in bright direct light. Otherwise, the dress is in perfect condition From a smoke-free home. MEASUREMENTS side to side. Sleeveless empire bodice with scoop neck and ruffle detail. Darts at bust and under bust. Deep scoop back neck. The empire seam dips lower at the back. Metal zipper. Side front seams on skirt for extra fullness. Deep box pleats at back create extra fullness. Long flared full skirt. Bodice is lined. Unlined skirt. CONDITION This dress has an issue. The white background has some subtle yellowing on the right side front below the empire waist. I tried several remedies to whiten it, but was not able to completely remedy the problem.
