Antique Brown Photo Case, Civil Wa Rare Case, S. Peck Co, Dog and Basket This is a very rare Union case produced by S. Peck and Co. The case is made of shellac and wood fiber thermoplastic. The case has motifs of leaves and flowers on the border and a dog carrying a basked in the middle of the cover. The photo frame seems to be made of copper with an ellaborate design. The item is not in its best shape considering the age. The cover ,as well as the interior and the frame have visible signs of wear discoloration and damages. There are 2 big chips in the plastic of the cover. The flower deisgn on the satin inside has lost the color but part of the flower is still visible. The photo frame doesn't present any major damages, the glas is still intact. Dimensions: approx 7.5 x 6.5 x 2.5 Colour may vary slightly from the photos due to lighting conditions. Comes as pictured.
