It comes still sealed in its original nm/mint condition package and is actually signed by hand by Adam West (with gold Sharpie, which appears to be bronzing as it ages). Please note- the signature is real. It is the actual, hand-signed signature of West. It is not a copy, print or pre-printed image on the box. It was autographed at the 2014 Phoenix Comic Con in Phoenix, Arizona and includes a VaultCollectibles Certificate of Authenticity (for further info on authentication, see below).
