This pattern, Orchard Song was introduced in 1962 and the color scheme was suggested by House and Garden Magazine's fashion color program for 1963. The pattern was extremely popular during the 1960's but by 1974 it was no longer in Stangl Catalogs although it remained available as an inactive pattern for 2 more years.
