Vintage 1980s Willi of California red nautical style skirt and top. The skirt is elastic drop waist and knife pleats. The top has knit waist and a button panel that fastens from the inside, so it looks like a layered short sleeve jacket with lapels and a top underneath, but it is one piece for convenience. Measurements are approximate and taken while laying plat: 23.5? shoulder to hem and 23? armpit to armpit. The skirt measures 15.5? straight across the waste unstretched and 29 inches long.
