Mix the pudding powder with about 2 tablespoons (40 g) of sugar. Gradually stir with at least 6 tablespoons of 500 ml cold milk until smooth. 2. Bring the remaining milk to the boil, remove from the heat and stir in the mixed powder with a whisk. 3. Cook the pudding for at least 1 minute while stirring. Pour the pudding into a bowl or rinsed with cold water.
