If we made any mistake in engraving compare to text you provided to us, we will exchange product for no extra charge. If you made spelling error in your text and it was engraved with it, we are not responsible for your error. You cannot return this item and will be not refunded for it. If for any reason you do not like our product and want to return it back, we will retain 65% of the cost, as this is not resalable.
