Unique stylish wall clock made using natural materials. - Design procedures: I first sketch my ideas on paper, then the best ones are put into computer in order to design the final appearance and the manufacturing process. I use simple geometrical shapes in spacial layout to reach the unique look. - Raw material: at selection of raw material the main principle I follow is to keep the natural appearance of the wood as much as possible - thus i use plywood, for it bears the vein system of the wood, still strong and thin enough. Owing to the naturalness of the wood small changes in colour and pattern may occur compared to the images attached. - Manufacturing process: the central dial and the spikes of this particular clock are laser cut from a 6mm birch plywood, after polishing the spikes are hand painted to 3 different shades of red and then distributed evenly and clamped manually in the dial disk (no glue is used)?. The central dial is untreated. Owing to the manual clamping process no two clocks are the same. - The movement: is non-ticking, runs with 1 AA size battery (not included in the package owing to fire protection reasons). Basic hands are made of white metal. Unique plastic hands are available for extra 3USD (the photos show an example of these unique hands). This item is made to order, usual processing time is 1 week.
