For sale is a very nice womens vintage Denbigh Knitwear by Barbara Fielding sweater jacket in a size S, or small. This sweater jacket is a gorgeous shade of dark charcoal gray. The color is a dark charcoal gray. The color appears lighter than that on my monitor on several of the listing photographs, however please note that this sweater is a dark charcoal gray. The label says this sweater jacket was made in England. The fiber content is 100% wool. This sweater jacket has trim with a lighter color of gray in it around the outside edge of the jacket, and the hem of the sleeves. The sweater jacket has two front insert pockets which also have trim at the top of them. The sweater jacket buttons up the front. The area to the right of the top button tends to not lay flat while buttoned. It tends to pull slightly so a hook and eye might or a similar closure would help this to stay put better. There is a spare button sewn inside the sweater jacket. This jacket is not lined, and it does not have shoulder pads. The sweater jacket measures approximately 30.5 inches long, measuring from the center back of the neckline, to the hem. This sweater looks as if it has not been worn, however please note that there is a small hole in the knit. The hole is at the right hand side front, several inches down from the top of the pocket. The hole is very difficult to detect, however I noticed it while holding the sweater coat up to the light. The pocket inside is also behind the hole, which helps to camouflage the hole. Please view the final photo for a visual of where the hole is. The scissors are pointing to the hole, although it cannot be seen in the photo.
