There is a single hole near the back of the card that could be used to present a tie clip, single earring, a small pin, etc. The card is a trapezoid shape (having two parallel lines), and when folded for insertion, has the following dimensions: 1.75” front to back; 1.25” wide at the front, 1.5” wide at the rear; 3/8” high at the low (front) end, 13/16” high at the high (back) end.
