To qualify for the 1 to 1 replacement or partial refund, customers must immediately, within 3 days of receipt of the defective item, email or message us describing the issue. If we require a return (depending on the item purchased), we will inform customers and provide the return address. Please note return charges will be borne by customer. If customer do not wish to return the item, we can offer refund of up to 75% of the purchase value.
