Services such as spells, readings, custom conjurations, custom-made sigils, and entities not bound to an item are non-refundable.

If your spell does not work after 21 days, you may request one free recast.

If, after your second recast, your spell does not work, you may qualify for a 25% or 50% refund.

To qualify for 25%:
- You used a discount coupon and/or made an offer.

To qualify for 50%
-You paid full price.

We cannot recover time, material cost, and offering to the spirits. If we take away your offering, your situation may become worse than it already is.

NO REFUNDS on readings, sigils, spirits.

Oils, incense, and candles are non-refundable.

The only exceptions for this will include non-services such as spellcast items and spirit vessels. In these cases, the buyer will have 14 days to return the item for a refund. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
