Returns accepted only on damaged merchandise or items that were not listed accurately – including condition of item and/or function. Buyer pays return shipping in those cases and purchases tracking for returned package. While we have a 30 day return policy and damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. If a return is requested after 14 days a 25% restocking fee may be applied on top of the 10% restocking fee.
