Returns must be RECEIVED within 14 days of purchase. Unless the item is grossly misrepresented the customer will pay shipping both ways. New items must have all original tags and packaging and be in new, unworn condition. All items must have our inventory mark or no refund will be made to prevent product swapping. Items returned due to our error in listing or broken in shipping will receive a full refund upon receipt of the item or, in the case of broken items, requested photos for postal claim. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
