Rare Design Doc Otis Hard Lemon Malt Liquor Vintage Metal Key Chain Bottle Opener The top half of the front side features a picture of a lemon, with the words "DOC" "OTIS" and in the middle the picture of a lemon, and the words Hard Lemon, with some other writing, which can not be made out, which can only be attributed to misprinting or printing quality as this is a new, unused item in the original sealed bag. The bottom half of the front side is white with a cut out for opening bottles, and the bottom edge designed to open cans. Along the side edge are the words "Patent Pending" The back side is white, no printing, the key chain ring is included in the bag.
