This is a Beautiful A La Carte Waiters Bread Basket Plate. The base says, Certified International, Made in China, Tracy Flickinger, Hand wash only, Not for use in Dishwasher, microwave or oven. This is a Discontinue item made in the 2007. The colors are Black, Red and Gold Brand new never use. This item is 17 inches long, 5 inches across, and 1 1/2 inches deep. Does have a small chip on the rim which was touch up. You can barely see it. Please take a look at the pictures so that you can see what I am talking about. This plate weighs over 2 pounds. We also have the dipping sauce dishes and the Oil Vinegar set to match. They are also on sale. Wonderful for the Collector or the person needing to replace a broken piece.
