Highway 24, Independence, Mo. The postcard is in good condition, with some light wear at the corners and edges, and some light stains and yellowing on the back. The discoloration in the photo is a reflection, and is not any discoloration actually on the postcard. The postcard is un-used postally, and has a caption on the back that reads; Replica of the Liberty Bell on the Library grounds, presented to the City Of Independence by Annecy – Le – Vieux, France... It is 5.5” by 3.5” and is a nice color photo postcard.
