The pamphlet is in very good condition, with little sign of wear at all, but there are a few hand written notations within the pamphlet, and a few small tears along the creases. The pamphlet is 9” top to bottom, 3.5” side to side and opens up to 9” top to bottom and 13.75” side to side. I am unsure of the exact age of the pamphlet. It is a nice one, and would be a great collectible piece.
