What I can tell you about this item. Item was a store return. Looks to have barely been out of the box. Returned for one reason or another. In original box with little to no handler wear. Never Installed and I believe everything to be present. The instructions are sealed in the hardware package so I don't have access to the inclusion list but I'm pretty sure the item is complete.
