VICTORIAN OFF-SHOULDER TOP This sale is for the unique top pictured below! It's off-shoulder, but has two, adjustable, spaghetti straps to hold it up and adds to this unique style. The bust has an eyelet opening with a giant tie/sash that hangs down below the waist. The sleeves are large and long with 5" cuffs that have Victorian style buttons that can be worn open or closed. The bottom hem of the top is elasticized (last pic below), so the length of the top can be controlled. It's by Solaris and is in brand-new condition with tags still attached. It's 100% cotton and should not be put in a dryer unless on a very low setting to prevent shrinking. It's a small with measurements of 34-36" bust, a max hip of 38". I've used the typical American measurements for the top as it's designed to be worn baggy. The length is approximately 26", but will depend on the length of the strap adjustments.
