Old product - not "whipped up"

When I used this product it was not "all whipped up" like it should have been. Since this product has been discontinued, I'm sure it is because it is old. I bought this before it was discontinued, and I know what it should look like. It's like the aerosol, or what ever makes it fluffy is gone. I will still use it, but it just makes it messier to apply.

Purchased Herbal Essences Hair Product on Bonanza

This is my favorite hairspray! It is light, not a heavy coating, a very light hold. It is almost totally fragrance free, which is extremely important to me.
