This is a wonderful and worth while rain jacket for your fur baby. I have two corgis and got a 22inch and 20inch and they fit perfectly. However, the leg straps on the jacket are worthless. My first few walks with the jackets were met with obnoxious and constant adjustments because the butt flaps kept falling to one side and would trip my pups. Not only that the cover in the front on the 22inch was too long for my bigger corgi, because he has shorter legs, he kept tripping on this part too.
I was determined to make them work because of the high quality materials in these jackets that ACTUALLY keep your dog dry vs the ones that look cute and are really useless. We also live in the PNW and needed something for the 340 days of rain we get. My solution was to get some Velcro strips for the part that wraps around the body to keep them and the butt flaps in place as well as cut the leg straps and made it one strap for the belly. After I made those adjustments, they performed perfectly and kept my babies dry in a 20-30 min downpour. Highly recommended, perhaps you won’t have to make additional adjustments for longer legged fur babies.
