I have copies of windows 10 home and professional, and I am pleased with both. This version is much easier to use than 7, 8, or 8.1. Install was a breeze and updates were all automatic. The talking assistant Cortana is nice too.

I installed from ISO image of this product, I downloaded it from Microsoft website.
After installation, a large upgrade downloaded and installed automatically.
If the last updated image was available it can be better and optimized.

With the digital download and Microsoft’s ISO tool it is really easy to do a clean install of Win10.
You may have to adjust/set your boot device priority to prioritize the media DVD or USB so the installer will initiate. From there the process was painless.

I purchased a refurbished that was supposed to come with W10 but it was not activated when I got it and the key on the bottom did not work. After having our IT set it up the seller told me to ship it back for an exchange but there was nothing wrong with the laptop itself and I thought it would just be easier to get a key here. So Thank You for saving me headaches! Always works just like it claims, I have never had an issue. A tip, I always install windows fully, skip inputting the key until after and then go to settings and click activate windows, change key, I have never had issues this way and I have purchased at least 5 of these in the last year.

like I say in title, this is only a necessary upgrade if you need to defer the unstable windows updates and need to backup your files to your local network! for those things, its awesome - otherwise not needed.
