There are some marks on the tracks some of the track pieces have different connections. There are some blemishes on some of the pieces there?s some ware on some of the cars/trains most of them look pretty nice. Some of the trains are not complete with the top on them see all the pictures for what you will receive. There are two brands here that I know of maxim and Brio. They also work with Thomas. There are 43 trains pieces. 26 other pieces. (building signs, bridges, etc..) and 57 track pieces, ask if you have questions, i am not an expert on this, some of the track pieces may be other brands as they are not labeled
