It is HANDMADE from 18K GOLD and has a very LARGE BALE, so it can accommodate a good sized chain or leather/silk cord. This SIX-BUDDED CROSS is prong-set with 7 OLD MINE CUT DIAMOND of H-I-J color, SI to I clarity that weigh approx. .55 ctw. There is a minor scrape in the gold on the back center. The cross has some areas of patina at the back of the buds (especially the center bud) that illuminates the age. The cross is on the larger size (mostly due to the bale), measuring 2-3/16? long, including the bale, by 1-3/16? at the widest point. The cross alone, without the bale, is 1-9/16? long. The arms have an engraved detail and the buds are 3/8? at the thickest point. The total weight is a solid feeling 6.9 grams. The buds on this cross remind me of chrysanthemums...what about you?
