It is made from 18K ROSE GOLD and the body of the butterfly is prong-set with 1 NATURAL GARNET and 1 NATURAL AMETHYST. The butterfly?s eyes are set with 2 tiny NATURAL RUBIES and the wings are beautifully detailed with 30 NATURAL HALF PEARLS. The brooch measures 1-5/8? across by 13/16? north to south. The total weight is 5.4 grams and the pin is a little bent as seen in the photos. My mom is a butterfly lover and this was her brooch.
