Measurements taken flat: 18" Bust, 14" Waist, Sleeves are 32" from underarm to end of cuff; Dress is 44" Long. This dress may be handmade but it is made very professionally, at least from the looks on the outside. It has a very vintage look to it also. It is covered in a floral pattern of Blue Copper colored Sequins. The sleeves are very long are a netted fabric the cuffs have the sequin floral accents. The attached slip inside does not go all the way to the bottom the sheer attached overlay extends 10" below it. There are slits on the sides that measure 23" start upper to mid thigh on the sides.
