These are the stamps of Defender - Liberator, DOUGLAS MCARTHUR commemorating the Third Anniversary of the Cry of The American Forces: "I Shall Return", Manaila, Feb. 3, 1948. Stamps are 4, 6 and 16 centavo denominations.
Postmarked Feb. 3, 1948 Manila, Philippines.
Shows discoloration from age. Stamp of the Insigna is smeared.
