This is a pully generator delete from a willys jeep engine generator set ,its rusty but the wheel turns ,I have had it since 2008 , I asked a supposed jeep expert and he said that's it was to eliminate the generator ,there are countless applications these engines where used for so it could be ,though most gen sets are electric start so would have a charge system and ,the engines this came with where both distributors and not magnetos ....please decide for yourself I ship world wide email for qoute with country and post code
