30-Day Exchange: All Exchanges can be done within your first 30 days of ownership (for equal value merchandise and excluding S&H). I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

60-Day Reasonable Repair: Repairs are rarely needed, but nothing is perfect, so if need be, reasonable repairs will be done for FREE within your first 60 days of ownership. Reasonable Repairs are repairs that need to be made as a result of flaws in the workmanship or assembly. Most cause for reasonable repairs will occur within the first 2 weeks of use, however the owner has a 60-day grace period for free repair. Repairs needed as a result of owner’s negligence will not be done for free. Please email me with a description of the problem and I will give you a cost estimate for repair. Please bear in mind that this is an estimate and actual cost may be slightly more or less than originally quoted.

For all Exchanges / Repairs, please send item(s) in original box, packaged, and the reason for exchange/repair and contact me for mailing information. Please also send $2.50 for S&H ($5 for international orders), and an indication of what you would like in exchange.
