I can attach elastic cord (see last pic) in an off white color to hold it on like a chin strap. Just like what's on a cone party hat. I can also sew a tiny loop of elastic to each side that you can slide a bobby pin through. You might find after you form it to your head that it just stays. It depends on hair length I think. You might want to glue it to a wig. So, If you don't want ANY elastic (chin strap or loops) and want to figure out something yourself, I will knock off a dollar from the original price.
