After testing this unit will be wiped down, poly bagged, foam packed in a heavy corrugated carton. It will ship with a power cord and partial toner. We do not have the owners manual nor the drivers on CD. Drivers can be downloaded from the Lexmark website. We have our own printer technicians on staff to assist you before and after the sale!
