Return postage cost is the customer’s responsibility. Please send the new, unused item in a sturdy box (the container the item was sent in works perfectly) with the manufacturer’s packaging, tags and product documentation. Restocking fees may apply if a used item is returned or when the return shipment is insufficiently packaged. Refunds are issued promptly upon return shipment receipt. Thank you.
