They are in very good condition, with no tears or holes, but some light wear in the legs, as well as the butt and the bottom hem on the legs is cut off, and are made of 100% cotton. They are a nice blue color but are a bit faded, and they are quite wrinkled so they will need to be washed. They are 12" across the waist, 39.5" from waist to hem, and have an inseam of 31" to the bottom hem. They are a very nice pair of jeans and would be great for hiking and outdoor activities.
