I would rate it at 8 out of 10. Filter has been used, it looks very nice. I see light wear on the metal rim, from use. Glass looks very nice, it is very nice and clean. But I see some tiny scratches to the filter coating. It seems that filter coating was damaged by cleaning or rubbing the filter. Damage is minor and does not affect lenses performance. Threads are not damaged. Filter looks and works good. It will be shipped just as pictured. No other accessories will be included in this listing.
