Very good. In a good dust jacket with wear and some tape repairs. I left everything as it was and enclosed the jacket in a Mylar jacket protector. This book was obtained by me years ago. The book is special from the crew of Buddy Ebsen. He raced catamarans. He was also a famous actor most remembered for now as Uncle Jed on The Beverly Hillbillies. An episode runs 24/7 somewhere in the world.
